Returns :

• We do accept returns on items for either a refund or exchange within 14 days of the item’s delivery.
• We do ask that all items are in the original box or packaging including the invoice stating whether you require an exchange or refund.
• We will only refund the delivery on items that are faulty

Delivery and Payment :

• Our payment method is Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
• We will send out items within 1 working day. Items sent out on our Standard Delivery service are usually delivered within 2 working days. However this can’t always be guaranteed due to the fact that we have no control over when the courier will deliver the item.
• Customers will also have the option of a Next Day Delivery service.
• Orders from Europe and the rest of the world will be sent via fully tracked service with Royal Mail. This can take between 7-14 working days.
