UK Orders

All our items are sent via Royal Mail or myHermes using an economy delivery service and includes cost of postage, packing, preparation and labelling etc.

We offer upgrades to our standard delivery option if you require a faster delivery. Please choose your choice of postage from the drop down menu when placing your order.

Normally most items are sent within 24 hours during week days. However in some unforeseen circumstances items are sent 24-48 hours after payment clears (if you have specific details please let us know when you order and we will be more than happy to assist you.)

All orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our carriers normally aim to deliver within 2-4 working day

NOT CALLED FOR & RETURNED PARCELS 

For all those parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail, UPS Hermes or other courier as not called for because of wrong address,Or no one was home Or buyer unable to contact Royal Mail or our delivery service.In such case we will only refund price of Product not the postage cost as we have already paid that for delivery.To arrange the second delivery buyer have to pay the shipping even on listing where we offer free P&P that is just for first delivery.To arrange a second delivery buyer has to Pay P & P.
